Grasslands Public Schools extends our sincere gratitude to Trustee Braden Schroeder, who has completed his term on the Board of Trustees and chose not to seek re-election.
Braden grew up in Grasslands, attending school in both Tilley and Brooks. Throughout his time as a student, he embraced a wide variety of sports and activities, including an unforgettable provincial championship season with the Brooks Composite High School Buffalos football team.
After graduating in 2010, Braden pursued his career in the trades. Today, he is a master electrician, a proud local business owner, and an active member of the Tilley community where he lives with his wife, Jennifer, and their growing family.
As the youngest member of the Board, Braden brought a fresh and thoughtful perspective, always grounded in his strong commitment to rural communities and public education. His belief in giving back and supporting youth has guided his decision-making and contributions throughout his term.
We are thankful for Braden’s contribution and the time he dedicated to students, families, and staff across Grasslands. His leadership and community spirit have made a lasting impact.
Thank you Braden! We wish you continued success and fulfillment in your future endeavours.
